Are Blur India products cruelty-free and vegan?
Yes, we are proud to be 100% cruelty-free and vegan. None of our products or ingredients are tested on animals, and we do not use any animal-derived components.
How long does shipping take?
We typically process orders within 24-48 hours. Depending on your location, your package will arrive within 3-7 business days. You will receive a tracking link via email once your order ships.
What is your return and exchange policy?
Due to the personal nature of beauty products, we only accept returns or exchanges for items that arrive damaged or defective. Please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please email us immediately. Once an order has been processed by our warehouse, we are unable to make changes or stop the shipment.
Which payment methods do you accept?
